Delete your Schedule My Socials data

You can request deletion of the account information, connected social account credentials, scheduled content, and uploaded media associated with your Schedule My Socials account.

Before you request deletion

Sign in and disable each connection on the Accounts page. You can also remove Schedule My Socials from the connected-app settings on Facebook, Instagram, Threads, or another social platform.

Send a deletion request

Email arno.welgemoed@outlook.com from the email address used to sign in. Use the subject “Schedule My Socials data deletion request.” Do not include social-platform passwords or access tokens.

What happens next

We will verify the request, delete the associated application data, and confirm completion by email. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. We may retain limited records when the law or security requirements require it.
