Delete your Schedule My Socials data

You can request deletion of the account information, connected social account credentials, scheduled content, and uploaded media associated with your Schedule My Socials account.

Before you request deletion

If you still have access, sign in and disable each connection on the Accounts page. You can also remove Schedule My Socials from the connected-app settings on Facebook, Instagram, Threads, or another social platform.

Google and YouTube access

To disconnect in the app, open Accounts and choose “Disconnect YouTube”. We stop future YouTube work immediately, request Google token revocation, and queue deletion of stored YouTube account data and analytics. “Disable” only pauses the account; it is not a deletion request. If you need help or confirmation, contact us using the instructions below.

We delete stored YouTube information as soon as possible and within seven calendar days of your deletion request. This applies to requests made in the app or by email. We may ask you to verify account ownership so we do not delete someone else's information.

Revoke Schedule My Socials in your Google Account permissions to stop further authorized access. You can also request deletion of the Google and YouTube information stored by our application, including channel details, tokens, video records and statistics, using the email instructions below. Disabling a connection alone does not delete those records. Deleting our records does not remove videos already published on YouTube.

Send a deletion request

Email info@schedulemysocials.com from your sign-in or verified contact email if you have one. Use the subject “Schedule My Socials data deletion request.” Do not include social-platform passwords or access tokens.

If you signed in with TikTok or Facebook without an email address, or no longer have access to your sign-in account, you can still email us. Tell us which platform you used and the account name or profile link so we can locate the account and arrange a safe ownership check. You do not need to sign in or reconnect the social account to request deletion.

What happens next

We will verify the request, delete the associated application data, and confirm completion by email. For data other than YouTube information, we aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. The seven-day YouTube deadline above is separate. We may retain limited records when the law or security requirements require it.
